Have some loose ends to finish off before completion of my gas insert installation. However Beth Urban (Sales) and Bobby (Store Mngr) came to my home and are working the problem. Efforts are being made to make it right and I appreciate that very much. Customer service oriented team.

Much improved customer service! We were having problems with the install of our new gas fireplace, so the Regional Manager, Jeremy, personally came to our house to make it right! He drove here from quite a distance to assess our issue, and resolved the problem immediately. We will definitely be making future purchases at Rich's Home Furnishings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is so amazing. Very impressive. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I'd actually recommend coming to the store and seeing everything. John and his team has been there each time we had a question or purchase.

I dropped in today after getting my 2nd Covid shot to 'just look around' and walked out a short time later after purchasing a gorgrous fire pit table and associated products for it. They have a great selection and Paula expertly advised us on what was available and how to get the best bang for your buck. She advised and answered all our questions without giving us a hard sell and let her quality products speak for themselves. I will certainly be recommending her and this store to everyone interested.

Anne DeMartini is a wonderful sales person to have at Rich's. I was hoping I could walk into her showroom and take the furniture home upon purchase for an up-coming dinner party . She used her calming presence and her product knowledge to help me find a set that worked perfectly and that could be at party on time. It was delivered and set-up by two amazing gentlemen. We love the set. I may need to buy another glider, since my husband seems to think it fits him perfectly. ;0) Way to go Anne and Rich's for the Home. You have a life long customer. I can't wait to have the gas stove in the house, if the remodel ever gets done.

We met Chad Jenkins upon visiting this store. He listened carefully to what we had in mind for replacement of our patio furniture, offered various design options and prices for us to consider and, although he was taking care of other customers at the same time, we never felt rushed or pressured in any way to buy. We left the store impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, returning the next day after thinking overnight about our options. We ended up purchasing an upgraded product. We sincerely appreciated his help and would gladly work with him again when seeking other patio items. There was even a hiccup on the delivery of the product we'd purchased and we were tempted to just accept it but Chad told us it should be exactly what we had ordered so we waited a bit longer to receive the corrected order! He was concerned for our best interests during the entire process! Thank you Chad!
